The town’s two-day Independence Day celebration begins with an assortment of activities culminating with a Fireworks Display at Pioneer Park. CSA 29 will host the “Red, White and Boom” Independence Day event from 6 to 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 3. This free family event will feature games, food vendors, a concert by Phat Cat Swinger and end with fireworks.
The Annual 4th of July Parade begins at 9 a.m. on Friday, July 4. The theme is “Honoring All of Our Military Veterans.” It starts at Trade Post and Highway 18 and makes its way down the Highway, to Highway 247, ending at Pioneer Park where an awards ceremony will be held.
