Due to budgetary concerns, there will be no fireworks display on the 4th of July at Pioneer Park in Lucerne Valley this year.
Community leaders say they are hoping to get businesses to help sponsor future 4th of July fireworks programs.
Fireworks displays closest to Lucerne Valley are Big Bear and Brewster Park in Apple Valley.
